OUR STORY
Crossroads Restaurant Group (CRG) was founded by David and Christie Burnett along with Brent and Kathy Gabriel, each who bring decades of combined experience to the restaurant industry. In 2009 the group opened their flagship restaurant, Oswego Grill, in Lake Oswego, Oregon. From opening day, Oswego Grill has been characterized by a commitment to providing "Upscale Elegance at a Casual Price" and has gone on to expand to several locations across the Portland Metro area.
Copper River Restaurant and Bar was opened by the group in Hillsboro, Oregon, on April 14, 2015. Copper River Restaurant & Bar features 52 local craft beers on tap, CRG’s beloved scratch made locally sourced food and a fun, lively atmosphere. Throughout the growth of Crossroads Restaurant Group ownership has unwaveringly upheld their dedication to providing an excellent all-around dining experience for their guests. This dedication is what lead CRG to introduce their third concept: Hop Social Grill, in Chandler, Arizona.
