Crossroads Restaurant Group (CRG) was founded by David and Christie Burnett, along with Brent and Kathy Gabriel, each of whom brings decades of combined experience to the restaurant industry. In 2009, the group opened its flagship restaurant, Oswego Grill, in Lake Oswego, Oregon. From opening day, Oswego Grill has been known for its commitment to providing "Upscale Elegance at a Casual Price" and has expanded to several locations across the Portland Metro area.

Copper River Restaurant & Bar proudly opened its doors in Hillsboro, Oregon, on April 14, 2015. The establishment features an impressive selection of 52 local craft beers on tap, complemented by CRG's cherished scratch-made cuisine that emphasizes locally sourced ingredients, all set within a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. Throughout its growth, Crossroads Restaurant Group has steadfastly maintained its commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This unwavering dedication was the driving force behind the introduction of CRG's third concept: Hop Social Grill in Chandler, Arizona.

At the heart of CRG's philosophy lies a simple yet powerful mantra: "The answer is yes! What's the question?" This encapsulates the group’s unwavering commitment to providing not only exquisite cuisine but also authentic local hospitality.
