Crossroads Restaurant Group (CRG) was founded by David and Christie Burnett, along with Brent and Kathy Gabriel, each bringing decades of combined experience in the restaurant industry. In 2009, the team opened its flagship location, Oswego Grill, in Lake Oswego, Oregon - establishing a standard rooted in quality, hospitality, and approachability.

From day one, CRG has been guided by a simple philosophy: Upscale Elegance at a Casual Price. That ethos comes to life through a commitment to scratch-made cuisine, thoughtfully crafted using the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Copper River Restaurant & Bar proudly opened its doors in Hillsboro, Oregon, on April 14, 2015. The establishment features CRG's cherished scratch-made fare that emphasizes locally sourced ingredients, complemented by an impressive selection of 52 local craft beers on tap, all set within a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. Throughout its growth, CRG has steadfastly maintained its commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

CRG has thoughtfully expanded its presence with the opening of Oswego Grill locations in Lake Oswego, Wilsonville, Beaverton, and Clackamas. In 2025, Oswego Grill at Columbia Shores proudly opened its doors along the Columbia River waterfront in Vancouver, Washington, offering guests stunning views alongside the signature dining experience they know and love. Additional CRG concepts include Hop Social Grill in Chandler, Arizona. Though distinct in character, each restaurant reflects a shared philosophy: a commitment to exceptional ingredients, genuine hospitality, and atmospheres that feel both refined and warmly familiar.
